Aqua aerobics is great exercise for all over body toning. Water buoyancy aids you in performing exercises as there isnt the heavy impact on the joints.
There is also the added bonus that you don’t get all sweaty since you are in the water, it keeps you cool and provides resistance to create a more effective workout. Therefore, it’s a better workout but it feels easier.
